To support the management of its continuously growing real estate portfolio, Inclusio is looking to recruit a Property Manager to strengthen our team based in Auderghem (Brussels).
Your responsibilities:
You will be responsible, together with the Head of Property Management, for the long-term management of our real estate portfolio:
- Following up on the buildings' long-term preventive maintenance plan, corrective maintenance and regulatory inspections;
- Request premiums;
- Follow up on claims;
- Contact person for the tenants;
- Represent Inclusio at the co-ownerships;
- Maintain contacts with the tenants, with the neighbours, government agencies (municipalities, fire department) and utility companies (water, sewer, gas, electricity, telecom);
- In all your assignments, you will be guided by the safety of tenants and maintenance staff, the quality of the works carried out (including the selection and performance of materials and contractors), and the optimisation of life-cycle costs.
Your profile:
- You hold a degree in property management or in a technical field (construction or electromechanics)
- You have strong technical knowledge
- You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position
- You have an interest in the housing sector and in supporting vulnerable people
- You are dynamic, can work autonomously and have the necessary integrity, diplomacy and persuasiveness
- You can analyze and solve problems efficiently
- You are bilingual (French + Dutch)
- You possess a driving license B
