Acquisition in Quaregnon

Inclusio has acquired a building located at Rue du Coron 81–83 in Quaregnon (province of Hainaut).

Built in 2015, it comprises 11 apartments.

This acquisition allows Inclusio to strengthen its presence in the province of Hainaut, where it already owns affordable rental housing in Tournai (133 units), Cuesmes (68 units), Mouscron (66 units), and Binche (27 units).

The rental management of the Quaregnon building is handled directly by Inclusio’s Property Management team, following the same B2C model as in Tournai, while offering tenants rents identical to those of a Social Rental Agency.
