Acquisition in Saint-Georges-sur-Meuse

Inclusio has acquired 100% of the shares of the company Au Joli Bois, the owner of a building that has been entrusted for management to the Social Rental Agency of the Pays de Huy.

This former nursing home, which has been converted into residential housing, is located at 57 Georges Bérotte Street in Saint-Georges-sur-Meuse (province of Liège) and comprises 37 apartments with an energy performance rating of A.

With this acquisition, Inclusio confirms its position as a reference player in affordable housing in Belgium.
