End of the renovation works of the building Vigneron in Ransart (Charleroi)

Inclusio has just completed the renovation works of the reception center for applicants for international protection Vigneron in Ransart (Charleroi). The works, worth almost one million euros, lasted two years and were carried out while the center remained in use.

At the end of 2023, Inclusio purchased a former retirement home, located at 57-59 Rue du Vigneron in Ransart, with an area of 2,200 m² spread over six levels (K+G+4).

The building was immediately leased to Fedasil (the Federal Agency for Reception of Asylum Seekers), which made it available to Caritas International.

The building, built in 1988 and still heated with fuel oil, urgently needed renovation and improvement of energy performance.

Inclusio managed this shipyard while the shelter remained in operation.

The coordination and cooperation with Fedasil and Caritas International were excellent.
