Inclusio’s new “Melkerij” construction project in Wachtebeke is almost completed

Inclusio’s new “Melkerij” construction project in Wachtebeke is almost completed.

It consists of 28 affordable, energy-efficient rental homes (geothermal energy, heat pump, solar panels) which will be leased for 18 years to the Woonmaatschappij Woonpijler.

This project has been carried out with the financial support of the Province of East Flanders.
