Inauguration project COLISO² Vander Bruggen in Anderlecht

The building located at 63–73 Raymond Vander Bruggenlaan in Anderlecht was inaugurated.

This Social and Solidarity Co-Living residence (COLISO²) was developed by Inclusio in partnership with the Association for Housing Solidarity (SoHab).
‍
As of February 1, 2026, it will welcome more than 120 people in vulnerable situations.

The project includes 23 housing units, a collective facility (leased to the non-profit organization SAFA), a daycare center (leased to the operator Babilou), and one commercial space (leased to the Social Rental Agency SoHab).
