Optional dividend - Results

The shareholders of Inclusio have opted, for approximately 68% of their shares, to contribute their dividend rights in exchange for new shares.

This operation results in a strengthening of equity through a capital increase of about 2.9 million euros, by issuing 201,939 new shares, bringing the total number of Inclusio shares to 7,630,286.

This first optional dividend contributes to financing the continued growth of the company.
