Senior community in Libin

Innovative Public-Private Partnership: Inclusio and Sogexfi win the public contract for the construction of a Senior community in Libin.

The municipality of Libin awarded Inclusio and Sogexfi the public contract for the “Development of a Senior community in Libin”.

This is an innovative Public-Private Partnership in which the public partner (the municipality of Libin) makes land available for 50 years (through a leasehold) to a private partner, who builds the buildings at its own expense.

These buildings will be rented to the municipality for 50 years, after which the municipality will become the owner without having to pay any residual value.
