Inclusio acquired 14 of the 29 apartments at Résidence Moranville in Jette in 2016. There is a mix of different residential units:

• 1 studio
• 4 1-bedroom apartment
• 6 2-bedroom apartments
• 3 3-bedroom apartments

All apartments owned by Inclusio are rented out via the Social Rental Agency of Jette.
