The inclusive and supportive housing project will comprise 19 rental housing units, for rental purposes:
- 10 apartments for independent seniors;
- 3 apartments for autonomous individuals with intellectual disabilities;
- a shared accommodation with 6 bedrooms, including a communal dining room and kitchen for residents requiring more support.
Residents are expected to move into the building in early 2029.
