Inclusio acquired the company Gentbrugge Kerkstraat Land in 2021.
This company owns a building in the new "Rute" complex in Gentbrugge.
This new quality project includes a nursery on the ground floor and 18 apartments on the upper floors (4 studios, 3 one-bedroom apartments, 9 two-bedroom apartments and 2 three-bedroom apartments).
All apartments were leased from 2021 to Huuringent (rental office of the City of Ghent), for a period of 27 years.
