Inclusio has acquired a first building in Charleroi to be leased to Fedasil for the reception and accommodation of 151 applicants for international protection, including families and single persons, as well as UAMs (Unaccompanied Minor Foreign Nationals).
This is the second partnership between the two organisations, following an initial collaboration with Fedasil for the accommodation of UAMs in Schaerbeek (Brussels).
The building consists of five floors.
Before the end of 2025, the renovation works, amounting to nearly one million euros, were completed.
The works lasted two years and were carried out while the centre remained in operation.
