THE PROJECT

The building is located Verboekhovenplein 8 (more popularly known as "The Bear Pit") in Schaerbeek. Inclusio acquired the 4 floors in 2016, which consist of 6 large apartments (3 to 5 bedrooms) provided for large families. These are leased to the municipality of Schaerbeek via a long lease.
