PAVILLON 1-3 (Schaerbeek)

THE PROJECT

This office building was acquired by Inclusio in 2020. It is ideally located next to the North Station. It consists of 6 floors.
The construction works for the “Pavillon 1-3” project in Schaerbeek started in November 2025.
The project involves converting a former office building into 33 housing units, which will be rented to the Social Rental Agency Schaerbeek ASIS, for a period of 27 years.
